Includes: multiple tests & surveys, a computer activity, & interview

Estimated time: up to 6-7 hours


Clients should prepare to spend this length of time at the appointment and bring lunch/snacks.

Law Enforcement

This evaluation is a pre-employment screening for clients seeking careers in law enforcement.


Includes: a survey & interview

Estimated time: 2 hours

Bariatric

This evaluation is a pre-surgery screening for clients seeking weight-altering procedures.


Includes: surveys & interview

Estimated time: 2-3 hours

Fitness for Duty

This evaluation is often required by an employer following incident/concern(s) as a screening for level of fitness to perform relevant job duties.
