PAYMENT OPTIONS & ACCEPTED insurances

If you are a private testing client, our office provides the complimentary service of contacting your insurance company to obtain pre-authorization for you or your child to be evaluated. We are in-network providers of the following insurance companies:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans
• Tri-Care East/Humana

A payment may be required for your services, such as for a co-pay, if you are self-paying for services, or if your insurance denies coverage for an evaluation. Our office accepts all major credit cards, cash, and certified checks.
